You will feel lighter, more peaceful, and have an invigorating outlook.

This session is crafted to work on remaining blocks to process, release, and restore.  This rejuvenates the energy flow into your heart chakra resulting in an overall lightness. You're able to give and receive love on a higher vibrational level. You are coming to terms with the heaviness holding you back from your best life. You will leave with a toolbox to ground yourself, release negative energy, and remain aligned.

You can expect to experience the same feelings/sensations as you would in an in-person healing session.

Clients have shared feeling deeply relaxed and at peace. You may observe tingling or heat in parts of the body. It's not uncommon to occasionally feel emotional or fall asleep during the session. At the end of the session, I will share any intuitive messages given to me from the heavenly realm.

It is recommended to energetically clear your space with sage and Reiki.  I refer to this as "spiritual hygiene" which is essential to remove negative energies.

It is important and necessary to release the existing energies of past, well trafficked homes, past disagreements, and welcome a new beginning for your future. As a previously occupied living space, it’s important to clear the energy, like having a freshly cleaned home. You will feel a higher vibration by doing so.
